INSPIRATION Gucci FW 1996||97… Mugler FW 2015||16

Some garments are just made to remain icons of fashion. How can you not remember the long and lean white gown with a delicately placed hole and Elsa Peretti–esque hardware. This dress created by Tom Ford for Gucci FW 1996||97 [left, AD photographed by Mario Testino] evoked a bit of a Gernreich here and  a Halston  feeling there and was incredebly sexy. A similar sexiness and design approach can be find in the latest Mugler FW 2015||16 collection designed by the British designer David Koma [right].
